What can I do to entice the user to share his business details with me?

Building himself a personal job web-page when onboarding

I wanted to provide great value as encouragement to fill out all the questions on the onboarding form.  
The result? A personalised web page they can share with their customers!

I talked to 14 handymen (renovators, exterminators, gardeners, plumbers, & an electrician) ages 23-45

How to motivate the user to use the app?

Using positive reinforcements and feedback will increase his desire to use the app

Therefore, I added a progress bar that shows the money earned to the app's main page.

Plus, I added business insights, allowing him to compare & track progress & growth

How to streamline day-to-day manual processes?

1. Automatic quote & service schedule funnel

To give a customer a quote, all they need to put in is the location, property type, and pest type. The app uses info given about service pricing & working hours filled out during the onboarding stage.

2. From a manual form to a quick App fill.

As dangerous materials are involved, every pest must be signed off on by the customer and a job report must be completed.

Inside each job page, they can find the status of the work which allows them to easily follow up and track the process
